Homemade Protein Bars

I got bored and wanted to see how I would do making some protein bars. The first batch was a tad too dry and lacked some flavor but the next batch turned out quite good. If you have the ingredients, definitely give 'em a shot. I tried to make them very close to the 40:40:20 ratio (protein, carbs, fats):

3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Kashi GoLean
1/4 Cup Kashi GoLean Crunch
2 Scoops of Whey Protein (I used chocolate)
3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
0.375 Cup of 2% milk (basically a little more than a 3rd but less than a half)
1 Egg White
1/2 Tablespoon of Canola Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Vanilla Extract

WHOLE PAN NUTRITIONAL FACTS:
Total Calories: 960
Total Fats: 39.75g
Total Carbs: 79.38g
Total Protein: 82g

Preparation:
-Combine the above ingredients (start with the liquids, then move to the powders, then to the cereals) and spread evenly in an oiled (I used a non stick, no calorie spray) 8x8" or 9x9" (depending on the thickness you want) pan.
-Bake @ 350 for around 6-7 min (the longer you leave in, the drier they get).
-Finally, melt the peanut butter and spread on top of the baked bars
-Makes 6 Bars.

PER BAR NURITIONAL FACTS:
Calories: 160
Fats: ~6.63g
Carbs: ~13.25g
Proteins: ~13.67g

All in all, they turned out to be quite good for my own custom recipe. If you like a sweeter bar, add some splenda. You could always add more egg whites or whey for more protein if you feel like it. I think some hazelnuts or pecans would go real well with them as well but unfortunately, I didn't have any.
